您在使用北斗星各項功能的過程中，可能需要提供您的個人信息。我們根據合法、正當、必要原則，收集您的個人信息主要是為了您和其他用戶能夠更好地使用北斗星服務。

您在激活北斗星賬號或使用北斗星服務時，向我們提供的信息。
（二）我們收集個人信息的目的和范圍
1.當您使用郵箱注冊登錄時，我們需要收集您的郵箱地址、登錄密碼、頭像、昵稱等信息，用以幫助您完成注冊。
您需理解，郵箱地址、登錄密碼、個人常用設備信息等屬于您的個人敏感信息，我們搜集該類信息是基于產品功能及法律法規的相關要求，您可以拒絕提供，但您將可能無法獲得相關服務，但不影響其他功能與服務的正常使用。
2.當您瀏覽我們的信息、圖片時，我們會收集您的設備唯一識別碼和操作信息，用于分析用戶行為是否正常，是否存在異常操作。
3.當您使用搜索功能時，我們會收集您搜索的關鍵詞、時間、設備唯一識別碼和操作信息，用于保障我們的服務正常運行和提供更好的用戶體驗。
4.當您使用收藏功能時，我們會收集您的設備唯一識別碼和操作信息，用于保障我們服務的正常運行和提供更好的用戶體驗。
5.當您修改用戶頭像時，我們會收集您的用戶頭像照片信息。
6．當您與客戶端進行交互時，我們可能會收集您操作過程中使用情況，作為有關網絡日志保存。日志搜集的內容包括但不限于您的IP地址、瀏覽器的類型、使用的語言、訪問日期和時間、軟硬件特征信息及您請求的接口記錄等數據。
7．我們的產品基于DClouduni-app(5+App/Wap2App)開發，應用運行期間需要收集您的設備唯一識別碼（IMEI/androidID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA、SIM卡IMSI信息）以提供統計分析服務，并通過應用啟動數據及異常錯誤日志分析改進性能和用戶體驗，為用戶提供更好的服務。詳情內容請訪問《DCloud用戶服務條款》
8．為提高您使用我們及合作伙伴提供服務的安全性，保護您的人身財產安全免遭侵害，更好地預防釣魚網站、欺詐、網絡漏洞、計算機病毒、網絡攻擊、網絡侵入等安全風險，更準確地識別違反法律法規或北斗星相關協議規則的情況，我們可能會收集、使用或整合您的賬戶信息、設備信息、日志信息以及我們關聯單位、合作伙伴取得您授權或依據法律共享的信息，來綜合判斷您賬戶風險、進行身份驗證、檢測及防范安全事件，并依法采取必要的分析、處置措施。
9．您理解并同意，部分單項服務可能需要您在您的設備中開啟特定的訪問權限，以實現這些權限所涉及的信息的收集和使用，從而向您提供服務、優化我們的服務以及保障您的賬號安全。例如：
（1）我們可能會申請攝像頭和相冊權限，用于幫助您實現用戶頭像的上傳和修改，發布信息時上傳產品圖；

10.本隱私聲明適用于北斗星提供的所有服務，您訪問我們網站或登陸相關客戶端使用北斗星提供的服務，均適用本隱私政策。

我們接入的第三方社交媒體或其他服務，包括新浪微博，微信等分享功能，消息推送服務，均由相關的第三方負責運營。第三方服務提供者通過北斗星接入API、SDK等方式向您提供服務時，可能會收集、使用和存儲您的相關數據或信息。您決定使用該類服務前（包括您向該等第三方提供的任何信息），須受第三方服務條款及信息保護聲明（而非本隱私政策）約束，請您仔細閱讀其條款。如您發現這些第三方服務存在風險時，建議您終止相關操作以保護您的合法權益。本隱私政策僅適用于我們所收集的個人信息，并不適用于任何第三方提供的服務或第三方的信息使用規則，我們對任何第三方使用由您提供的信息不承擔任何責任。
（三）轉讓

四、我們如何存儲和保護個人信息
（一）存儲地點
我們依照法律法規的規定，將境內收集和產生用戶個人信息存儲于中華人民共和國境內。目前，我們不會跨境傳輸或存儲您的個人信息，如果我們向境外傳輸，我們將會遵循相關法律法規規定并征得您的授權同意。
（二）存儲期限
我們會通過安全的方式存儲您的信息，包括本地存儲（例如利用客戶端進行數據緩存）、位于服務器上的數據庫和服務器日志。
一般情況下，我們只會在為實現服務目的所必需的時間內，在法律法規規定的條件下存儲您的個人信息。超出必要期限后，我們將對您的個人信息進行刪除或匿名化處理，但法律法規另有規定的除外。當我們的產品或服務發生停止運營的情形時，我們將采取例如推送通知、公告等形式通知您，并在合理的期限內刪除或匿名化處理您的個人信息。

五、管理您的個人信息
在您使用北斗星服務期間，為了讓您更便捷地管理您的信息，同時保障您注銷賬號等權利，按照中國相關法律、法規、標準，我們在客戶端中為您提供了相應的操作設置，您可參考下面的指引進行操作：
（一）訪問您的信息
登錄北斗星手機客戶端，您可以通過點擊“我的”進入個人信息界面，查看個人頭像、姓名等個人信息。
（二）用戶賬號管理
登錄北斗星手機客戶端，進入“我的”，點擊個人資料位置，進入設置界面，點擊頁面“密碼”位置，可以進行登錄密碼修改。
（三）退出登錄
已登錄狀態下，在客戶端中選擇右下角的“我的”，點擊【退出登錄】按鈕，可以退出登錄。
（四）注銷
登錄北斗星手機客戶端，在客戶端中選擇右下角的“我的”點擊注銷賬號可以注銷賬號。
為了向您提供更加便捷的注銷方式，我們后續會不斷優化我們的產品，并且通過頁面公告向您告知。在注銷帳號之后，我們將停止為您提供相關服務，并依據您的要求，刪除您的個人信息，法律法規另有規定的除外。
（五）設備權限設置
我們在提供服務的過程中，需要您開通通知、攝像頭、相冊、電話、位置等訪問權限。您也可以在設備的【設置】功能中隨時選擇關閉部分或者全部權限，從而拒絕我們收集您相應的個人信息。在不同設備中，權限顯示方式及關閉方式可能有所不同，具體請參考設備及系統開發方說明或指引。
（六）按照相關法律法規及國家標準，在以下情形中，我們可能無法響應您的請求：
1．與國家安全、國防安全直接相關的；
2．與公共安全、公共衛生、重大公共利益直接相關的；
3．與刑事偵查、起訴、審判和執行判決等直接相關的；
4．有充分證據表明個人信息主體存在主觀惡意或濫用權利的；
5.出于維護個人信息主體或其他個人的生命、財產等重大合法權益但又很難得到本人授權同意的；
6．響應您的請求將導致其他個人、組織的合法權益受到嚴重損害的；
7．涉及商業秘密的。
六、關于未成年人的信息保護
